Description 

• We seek a talented and results-oriented HR & Customer Care Specialist (Female) to join our exciting startup ventures. In this pivotal role, you'll play a dual role, fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our growing team while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• HR Focus: Manage the HR lifecycle for startup teams, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices and legal compliance.


• Partner with leadership to cultivate an attractive employer brand and secure top talent.


• Customer Care Focus: Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, etc.), addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Champion a positive and inclusive company culture that extends to our valued customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in either HR or customer service, with a strong understanding of both areas preferred.


• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (strongly preferred).


• Proven track record of success in building strong client and employee relationships.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
