  • We are seeking a skilled communications specialist to lead our internal communications and social media efforts.

  • The person will develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage our employees, foster a positive work culture and manage our social media presence.


Job Responsibilities



  • Create effective communication strategies for the organization, coordinate external and internal communications flow (newsletters, social media etc).

  • Design communication for company-wide announcement and build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement internal communication plans and campaigns.

  • Create engaging content for various internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters).

  • Manage and moderate our company's website and social media handles.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.

  • Create and curate relevant, informative, and engaging content to drive engagement within the organization.

  • Monitor and report on social media analytics and engagement metrics.

  • Collaborate with teams to integrate social media into their initiatives.

  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all internal and social media channels.

  • Collaborate with Regional Training Managers to drive recruitment exercises through available applications.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and social media.


Job Requirements and Skills



  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications / Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, social media management, or a related field.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

  • Ability to create engaging content and campaigns that drive employee engagement and brand awareness.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Technical Skills in the area of graphic, usage of Canva and relevant tools and application.
