We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Office Business Manager to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Office Business Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring the efficient functioning of administrative processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Assist the Office Business Manager in managing administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
You must have people management experience.
Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflow and optimize operational efficiency.
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports, budgets, and expense records.
Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with HR in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.
Assist in implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to standards.
Handle special projects and assignments as assigned by the Office Business Manager.
