Job Objectives

• Ensures that verification requests are verified and sent/uploaded back to the client within Turn-Around-Time (TAT)


• Customer Address Verification Field Agents


• Check all clients’ portals regularly to download all the received addresses promptly.


•  Sort the structured addresses from the volume of addresses received from the clients.


• Assign all structured addresses to the field agents promptly.


• Contact the field agents to ensure they verify all assigned addresses within the agreed TAT periods.


• Return all verified/approved addresses and all incomplete addresses back to the clients.


• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors in address information.


• Understand the use of all clients’ web portals and the AMP.


• Provide assistance to customers regarding address-related inquiries or issues.


• Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to address verification.


• Maintain confidentiality and security of clients’ information at all times.


• Partake in physical address verification exercises once in a while.


• Document all verification activities accurately and promptly.


• Prepare the weekly agent report, monthly invoices and other CAV reports.
