Job Summary:

The Depot executive is responsible for effective and smooth administration of the depot operations and clients’ services to achieve customer satisfaction and division’s objective.

Responsibilities:

•  Coordinate Inventory management in accordance with clients operating manuals


• Providing leadership to Depot team members and communicating MRDS objectives and targets in Key Performance Areas.


• Ensures adequate security of personnel and stock


• Supervises regular stock taking and reconciliation to ensure fraud free operation


• Ensures weekly reports are promptly and properly rendered to BDM and clients


• Controls and ensures judicious use of imprest account


• Ensures accurate billing of clients monthly


• Initiates and monitors Key Performance Indicators like VTRT,CTRT

Job Requirements:

• HND/BSC in related disciplines. 


• Minimum of 3 - 4 years’ experience as a Depot Executive  

 Salary – N100, 000 - N120, 000
