Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals,payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.


• Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactionsand ensuring all information is accurate and complete.


• Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.


• Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.


• Other responsibilities assigned .

Job Requirements

• OND / HND in Banking / Finance, Marketing, Business Administration and other related discipline.


• A minimum of 1-year cognate experience in microfinance industry is required.


• Good display of computer skills.


• Ability to handle cash deposit and withdrawal.


• Excellent numerical skills.


• Posting of daily transactions into the system.


• Customer Service Orientation.
