Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring the highest quality of products


• Manage and mentor bakery staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly


• Ensure efficient use of resources to minimize waste and maximize productivity


• Keep accurate records of production, inventory, and sales

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year experience.


• Proven experience as a Bakery Supervisor or similar role


• Strong leadership and team management skills
