About the Company:

We are a leading supplier of foreign furniture, building materials, and home appliances in Ibadan. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our team at our Oke-Bola location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff development.


• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.


• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.


• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.


• Manage branch budget and ensure profitability.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date branch records and reports.


• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• BSc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role.


• Proven track record of success in sales and achieving targets.


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.


• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (7:15 am - 6:00 pm)
