Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work within the nursing team and report to the Head Nurse.
- Ensure patients receive the best quality care.
- Oversee the entire dialysis process of incoming patients from reception to discharge.
- Work with the Head Nurse and medical officer to address any medical emergencies.
- occurring within the center.
- Ensure patient scheduling is done correctly.
- Assist with visits to local hospitals to raise the centre's awareness.
- Help train and prepare new nursing recruits.
- Maintain full patient records updating the Company’s IT system.
- Perform other duties as may be assignment by Management.
Qualifications
- Must possess a First Degree in Nursing
- Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (RN)
- Must have at least (4) years of relevant work experience
- Sufficient post-registration nursing experience in dialysis or specialty to be confident and competent in using the required skills to do the job
