  • Identify and approach potential customers within the state business unit to offer loan products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with state government staff, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and effective relationship management.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the sales team lead to develop strategies for expanding  customer base and increasing sales revenue.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


Qualifications



  • 3+ years in selling loans to state government agencies.

  • Candidate must be doing a minimum of 9M monthly sales in their current role.(The 9M must be specific to State Business only)

  • Strong network within State Business in their respective states.
