Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, and ensure all necessary preparations are made.

  • Manage executive communications including drafting emails, memos, and other documents.

  • Arrange travel logistics including airfare, ground transport, and accommodations with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Maintain records and documents, ensuring information is organized and readily accessible.

  • Handle occasional personal errands for the Executive Team as needed.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and scheduling systems.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive approach with the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Resourceful problem solver who can adapt quickly to new challenges.
