Responsiblities

• Knowledge of various fabrication & inspection activity of Oil & Gas structures, Transmission tower, Telecom towers, & solar structures with maintain & develop all inspection document & record as per project requirement, Responsible for inspection of product at various stage with different type of structure & engineering drawing as per manufacturing quality plan.


• Knowledge in Fabrication processes/ Techniques, manufacturing of Oil & Gas structure, Transmission tower, Telecom towers & Solar structure work.


• Able to inspect the fabricated structure product operation like cutting, stamping, notching, bending, heel cutting, & welding in various stage.


• Good knowledge to handle Internal and External audit for departmental procedure, knowledge for ISO/IMS procedure and SAP/ERP system, Should have good maintain shop floor discipline and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Able to understand & interpret different types of manufacturing quality plan.


• Able to Analyze root cause for the rejection/rework and knowledge for Implementation of good practice to reduce rejection/rework.


• Bachelor / Diploma of Mechanical Engineering


• Five (5) years’ experience, COREN REGISTERED ENGINEER


• Core Functional Experience: Quality control Inspector for Oil & Gas, Transmission tower, Telecom tower & Solar structure work.
