- Implement brand and trade programs in Mainstream On-trade accounts according to cycle plans.
- Ensure excellent execution of programs and activities across accounts. Identify and secure key Mainstream on-trade accounts.
- Annual Sales Value, Outlet Penetration of Product Portfolio, Annual Sales Volume, Outlet Execution Budget.
Responsiblities
- Execute trade/marketing activities for the company's Mainstream Portfolio in Mainstream on-trade accounts.
- Ensure full portfolio availability and visibility of Focus SKUs.
- Negotiate retail decision corridors and POS placements based on communication strategy.
- Deploy activations according to business or account-specific activity calendars.
- Develop and adhere to a work program and route plan.
- Participate in business development efforts.
- Attend and apply acquired knowledge from approved training programs.
- Implement and control commercial policy and contractual agreements with accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Trade Marketing to ensure distribution and ownership of outcomes (Volume, Distribution, Assortment, Receivables).
- Need to work late at night consistently.
- Need to drive long hours.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any course.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience selling to on-trade accounts in a Key Account style.
- Comfortable with Nightlife environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with long-distance driving.
