Job Description



  • Implement brand and trade programs in Mainstream On-trade accounts according to cycle plans.

  • Ensure excellent execution of programs and activities across accounts. Identify and secure key Mainstream on-trade accounts.

  • Annual Sales Value, Outlet Penetration of Product Portfolio, Annual Sales Volume, Outlet Execution Budget.


Responsiblities



  • Execute trade/marketing activities for the company's Mainstream Portfolio in Mainstream on-trade accounts.

  • Ensure full portfolio availability and visibility of Focus SKUs.

  • Negotiate retail decision corridors and POS placements based on communication strategy.

  • Deploy activations according to business or account-specific activity calendars.

  • Develop and adhere to a work program and route plan.

  • Participate in business development efforts.

  • Attend and apply acquired knowledge from approved training programs.

  • Implement and control commercial policy and contractual agreements with accounts.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Trade Marketing to ensure distribution and ownership of outcomes (Volume, Distribution, Assortment, Receivables).

  • Need to work late at night consistently.

  • Need to drive long hours.


Experience & Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any course.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience selling to on-trade accounts in a Key Account style.

  • Comfortable with Nightlife environment.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with long-distance driving.
