Role Description



  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager.

  • The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

  • The Senior Finance Manager will play an integral role in ensuring the financial health of the organization.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

  • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take

  • Maintain the financial health of the organization.

  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.

  • Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.

  • Vendors and customers reconciliation.

  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

  • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.

  • Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Automobile sector

  • Should have ICAN certification.

  • Expertise in Tax, Payroll, Inventory, cost accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial instruments

  • Experience with accounting software and data analysis tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Relevant skills that would be beneficial include leadership, project management, strategic planning, and knowledge of relevant legislation.
