Purpose

• The Learning and Visualization Consultant will capture, document, and share ongoing activities as assigned. In particular, the consultant will support the central/regional LKM&SC team to develop an illustration of how the project operates its supply chain in Nigeria:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Distill quantitative and qualitative data to communicate compelling stories to diverse audiences.


• Build infographic to simply and make complex information, knowledge, easy to understand and visually compelling.


• Use data visualization strategies, techniques, and tools to communicate complex ideas, turning complex information into artwork to intrigue the target audience.


• Provide support to organize and maintain knowledge management resources such as trackers, tools, templates, and visual assets (including photographs, video, icons, illustrations, and information graphics).


• Support with the development of innovative ways to share project learning such as creating newsletters, posters, factsheets, and briefs, webinars, and peer learning sessions.


• Support with the development of concept notes and knowledge capture strategies to document project priority activities.


• Support the central/regional teams with documenting key achievements, successes, and lessons and share communication products through approved channels.


• Support with the development of information packs to support VIP visits to states in the supported regions.


• Carry out additional responsibilities as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communications, graphic design, or related field.


• Good command of the English language (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate information without ambiguity.


• Good organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


• Demonstrate good judgment, leadership, versatility, and integrity.


• Good computer skills in software including Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Teams.


• Must be innovative and up to date with industry standards for visualization.
