- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Smart Lock Sales Executive to join our innovative sales team. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for driving sales of our smart lock products to both residential and commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our smart lock products, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and partners.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and support.
- Travel: Travel within the assigned territory and occasionally outside for customer visits, trade shows, and training.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in smart home technology or related industries.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products.
