Job Description

• Manage all borrower information, evaluate all findings and provide support to all borrower documents.


• Provide assistance to all borrowers, process all loan flow, provide an optimal level of customer services and manage all loan status communication.


• Conduct interviews with all applicants and estimate closing date and recommend appropriate corrective steps for all procedures.


• Manage all communication with borrowers, maintain all loan approval, perform mortgage for all loan production processes and prepare presentations for all business sources.


• Assist all mortgage loans for all customers’ bases and maintain professional relationships with all customers.


• Administer all loan applications and ensure the achievement of all customer objectives.


• Propose all new loan accounts for customers, administer all loan processes and coordinate with the supervisor to process all accounts.

Requirements

• Applicants must possess a First Degree in Finance or related fields.


• Applicants must have at least 5 years experience in a Microfinance bank.


• Applicants should possess interpersonal and critical thinking skills.


• Must be persuasive and market driven.

Salary

N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
