Job responsibility



  • You will assist MD in handling office tasks, such as typing of business document, filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, reordering supplies and keeping track of social media pages ; as well as providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, e-mail, and social media pages and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

  • Greet and assist visitors.


Qualification and Requirements



  • HND/BSc in any related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience working as a secretary

  • Fast typing skill.

  • Digital savvy e.g  social media

  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing and proficient in MS-Word and Excel

  • Attention to detail

  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
