Job Summary:



  • We are seeking a highly extroverted, energetic, and intelligent Marketing Manager to join our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through securing new affiliates, investors, and buyers for our products, bonds, equity, properties, and lands.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Secure new affiliates to market Afrihood products

  • Secure new investors to purchase Afrihood bonds and equity

  • Secure new buyers for Afrihood's properties and lands

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity

  • Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including partners, investors, and customers

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and campaigns

  • Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Proven experience in marketing management (at least 5 years)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, social media management)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Experience in real estate or infrastructural development marketing

  • Professional certification in marketing (e.g., CIM, Google Analytics)
