As a Salesperson at Vieb Stitches Limited, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
You will work closely with our marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers and retail partners
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade shows
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role, preferably in the textile or fashion industry
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
