RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Actively engage with customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized product recommendations.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and promotions in the beauty and fashion industry. Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their shopping experience. Participate in product launches, promotions, and special campaigns to boost sales.

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and handle any order-related issues. Maintain accurate records of customer orders and sales activities.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services. Provide insights and suggestions for product development and promotional strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty and fashion industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
