Job Summary:
The Head of Branding will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance the company's image, increase brand awareness, and drive growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand management in the QSR/FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen the company's market position.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity initiatives across all marketing channels.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate brand values and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, sales, and operations to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
- Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of branding professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Ensure all brand activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the QSR/FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
