  • We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Officer to join our team in Enugu.

  • The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support, particularly in areas related to rice farming processes and solar PV systems.

  • This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:



  • Provide comprehensive support and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Technical Knowledge:



  • Apply understanding of the rice farming process, cycle, and related practices to assist customers effectively.

  • Leverage knowledge of solar PV systems, energy storage systems, and related technologies to provide technical support and guidance.


Documentation and Reporting:



  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer inquiries, resolutions, and feedback.


Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency:



  • Utilize MS Word and MS Excel to create and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets efficiently.


Problem Solving:



  • Employ excellent problem-solving skills to address customer issues and escalate more complex problems when necessary.

  • Remain calm and effective under pressure, demonstrating a quick learning ability.


Requirements

Education:



  • Minimum of FSLC / SSCE / OND

  • 3 - 5 years experience.


Technical Skills:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: MS Word, MS Excel.

  • Knowledge of solar PV systems, energy storage systems, and related technologies.


Language Proficiency:



  • Proficiency in English and Igbo language.


Industry Knowledge:



  • Understanding of the rice farming process, cycle, and related practices.


Interpersonal Skills:



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
