Responsibilities


Social Media Management:



  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for all associated companies.

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.


Content Creation:



  • Generate creative and compelling content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand identity and objectives.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.

  • Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.


Digital Marketing:



  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

  • Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques to enhance online presence.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.


Brand Management:



  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.

  • Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our digital marketing strategies current and effective.


Analytics and Reporting:



  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital and social media campaigns.

  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize results.


Requirements



  • 2-3 years proven experience as a Digital & Social Media Officer or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
