Responsibilities



  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of the company's annual budget and financial forecasts. Monitor and report on variances between actual and budgeted figures.

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

  • General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.

  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns, and manage tax audits and inquiries.

  • Internal Controls: Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

  • Audit Support: Coordinate and support external audits. Prepare necessary documentation and respond to auditor inquiries.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support overall business objectives. Provide financial guidance and support as needed.
