Position Overview

• We are seeking passionate and dedicated People and Culture Graduate Trainees to join our team.


• This program offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across multiple departments


• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational culture and effectiveness.


• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive innovation and improvement.


• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated with first-class or second-class upper bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.


• Must be 26 years or less


• Must have completed NYSC


• 0 -2 years of experience


• Strong interest in human resources and organizational development.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
