Job Summary

• Install, setup, and monitor devices and connections on the local area network (LAN).


• Perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation, and training tasks to ensure LAN performance meets company and user requirements. Install, maintain, and repair company communication and business technology systems. Install, maintain, and provide support for business software.

Qualifications and Skills

• Good knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.


• Ability to install, configure, and maintain personal computers, local area networks, and related hardware and software.


• Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems (including Windows 10 and 11, and Windows Server).


• Experience performing backups, applying security patches, and upgrading system builds. Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office 365 platform.


• Proven experience in Network Security.


• Ability to provide technical training to end users.


• Good interpersonal skills.


• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience.


• Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or information technology, or equivalent experience.


• Fluent in a variety of programming languages, software, and systems.
