Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with regulatory requirements.


• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.


• Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace issues to maintain a positive work environment.


• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.


• Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations, training, and development initiatives.

Qualifications
