Job Description

•  This role involves Calling Customers via phone calls to recover loans. It is an in office role.

Duties

• Reviewing the company debtor list.


• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.


• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.


• Negotiating suitable payment plans.


• Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.


• Responding to customer queries.


• Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments.


• Maintaining customer payment records.


• Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.


• Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.

Qualifications

• A minimum of OND


• Age Bracket: 20 - 35 Years

Work Days:

• Mondays - Fridays, but in a month you are expected to work Two Saturdays and Two Sundays with days for Off with Lunch on Weekend.

Salary

• Net Salary: N80,000 - 120,000 monthly


• Basic Salary: N50,000
