Job Summary



  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives for the hospital.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies and plans to achieve growth targets.

  • Identify and establish partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, corporate clients, and community organizations.

  • Develop and execute initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement patient outreach and engagement programs.

  • Prepare business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies for new projects and service lines.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.

  • Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to align business development efforts with the hospital’s goals and objectives.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, partnership agreements, and contracts.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare industry

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and development goals.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Strong commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of patients and partners.

  • Capacity to develop creative solutions to complex problems.

  • Focused on achieving measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
