  • Blanche Aigle Communications is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Lead Consultant.

  • This role is ideal for a recent graduate or NYSC corps member looking to launch their career in the PR and communications industry.

  • As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the Lead Consultant's daily schedule, attending meetings, and providing crucial administrative support to ensure smooth operations at the highest level of our organization.


Responsibilities



  • Manage the Lead Consultant's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments

  • Attend and participate in meetings with the Lead Consultant, both in-person and virtually

  • Handle follow-ups on calls and emails

  • Assist in preparing presentations and decks

  • Liaise with the Blanche team regarding the Lead Consultant's daily activities

  • Provide daily support and coordination at Blanche

  • Assist in creating job briefs

  • Distribute meeting notes and reminders to team members


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field

  • Recent graduates or current NYSC corps members should apply

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Quick learner with the ability to work efficiently

  • Social media savvy and interested in PR/communications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
