Job Summary
- The Compliance Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements by analyzing and interpreting compliance data.

Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data related to compliance activities and incidents.
- Develop and maintain databases and systems for compliance data tracking.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data that could indicate potential compliance issues.
Regulatory Reporting:
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of compliance-related reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.
Compliance Monitoring:
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring tools and metrics.
Risk Assessment:
- Identify and assess compliance risks within the organization.
- Recommend and implement measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive risk management.
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Ensure that policies are aligned with current regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
Data Reporting and Visualization:
- Create and present data visualizations and reports for management.
- Use data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
- Develop dashboards to track compliance metrics.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Provide support and guidance to the compliance team and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 1 year experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards and practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualification:
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Law, or a related field.
