Key Responsibilities:



  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Provide guidance and support to ensure team success.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions and strategy.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities using MS Office.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as production, procurement, and finance to align and support sales initiatives.


Requirements:



  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the food processing or FMCG industry.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Proximity to Matori office location.

  • Previous experience in a food processing company or the FMCG industry.

  • Relevant professional certifications.
