Job Summary:



  • The Sales Manager for Sandwich Panels is responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and developing strategies to expand the market for sandwich panels.

  • The role involves overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring the company meets its revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets for sandwich panels.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.

  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor progress.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and distributors.

  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for sandwich panels.

  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasts.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8  10 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry, preferably with sandwich panels.

  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
