Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled male cook to join our team.


• The cook will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals according to our menu specifications with a specialization in mediterranean cuisine.


• The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, a strong understanding of various culinary techniques, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook mediterranean dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.


• Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and workstations.


• Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.


• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine


• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).


• Understanding of food safety regulations.


• Ability to work well in a team environment.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience.


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
