Responsibilities



  • Oversee day-to-day office operations

  • Monitoring /Managing office budgets and financial records.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.

  • Supervise office staff in their daily activities and ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Compliance:

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to internal company policies and procedures.

  • Develop and implement compliance programs related to office processes and functions.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential compliance risks within office operations.

  • Provide training and education to staff on internal compliance matters.

  • Investigate and address internal compliance violations, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.

  • Track and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of office operations.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 4 - 5 years experience. in office management and compliance roles.

  • Strong understanding of office processes and compliance standards.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
