Job Requirements



  • BSC/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role within the industrial chemicals industry.

  • Strong understanding of chemical products, applications, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the industrial chemicals sector, such as Paints, Soaps, and Food industries.

  • Building a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

  • Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Cultivating strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable chemical solutions to meet their needs.

  • Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and marketing materials.

  • Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

  • Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions, sales activities, and data insights.

  • Providing feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and product enhancements.
