Job Description

• We are sourcing for an experienced Human Resource Officer in our organization who will be Coordinating, Directing and Supervising all the activities of the Human Resource Department.


• Manage Human Resource operations by recruiting, selecting and training of staff during the entire recruiting process


• Ensure the employees adhere to organization policies and applicable employment laws and enforce organization values and company vision


• Consult and respond to employees complaints in a professional manner, ensures employees' safety, welfare, wellness and health

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree with 5 - 6 years experience.
