Job Summary



  • The Business Development / SalesManager will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company’s business development strategy. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and leading efforts to increase revenue and market share. The ideal candidate will have a substantial background in sales and business development, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the technology and telecommunications sectors.


Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development:



  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in new and existing markets.

  • Lead market research efforts to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.


Client Relationship Management:



  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and support.


Sales Leadership:



  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:
