Responsibilities

• Install antennas, satellite dishes, and other telecommunications equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures.


• Ensure that all equipment is securely mounted and properly aligned for optimal performance.


• Run and secure coaxial, fiber optic, and electrical cables from the equipment to the network's infrastructure.


• Implement proper cable management techniques to prevent signal loss and physical damage.


• Assist in the erection and maintenance of telecommunications towers and masts.


• Ensure that structures are properly anchored and stable.


• Regularly inspect towers, antennas, and other equipment to identify potential issues.


• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.


• Replace or upgrade outdated or malfunctioning components to maintain network performance.


• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.


• Assist in monitoring the network for performance issues and outages.


• Respond to alarms and notifications from the NOC to address and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• Candidates MUST hold a minimum of HND or BSC with 2– 3years of work experience.
