Job Description
You will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Develops operational plan for own department. Operational contributions to plan of the larger unit.
As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
- Being responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections. Ensures other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer.
- Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.
- Communicating the broader picture to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.
Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
- Handling department work guided by procedures. Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have at least at least 4 years of experience in Project Management and a minimum of years of experience in Project Planning.
- Have excellent relevant work experience with significant experience in Subsea Service & Services Project Management in the oil & gas industry
- Have hand on experience using Primavera software
- Have exposure to high capital value projects in a multi-disciplined environment.
- Have sound experience in a client facing role
- Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have an effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Have ability to work both alone and as part of a diverse cultural team.
- Have great leadership and interpersonal skills.
