Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Fuel Attendant to join our team.


• The Fuel Attendant will be responsible for dispensing fuel, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the fueling area.

Key Responsibilities

• Fuel Dispensing: Operate fuel pumps and assist customers with fueling their vehicles.


• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries and provide information on products and services.


• Transaction Handling: Process payments accurately using cash registers or electronic payment systems.


• Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the fueling area, including pumps, dispensers, and surrounding areas.


• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and hazards.


• Inventory Management: Monitor fuel levels and report low inventory to the supervisor.


• Assistance: Offer additional services such as checking oil, water, and tyre pressure if required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills.


• Basic math skills for handling transactions.


• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.


• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.

Working Conditions:

• Shift work may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
