• We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Kuddy cosmetics

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat


• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism


• Provide accurate information about products and services


• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently


• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed


• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met


• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)


• 1 - 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or retail environment


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively


• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite


• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
