Job Description

• Lead and oversee the design team in developing innovative and creative architectural designs.


• Work independently and manage multiple design projects from conception to completion.


• Utilize 3D design software to create detailed and accurate design plans.


• Develop creative architectural designs for renovation projects.


• Design furniture and ensure it aligns with client specifications and project needs.


• Plan and design interior retail and office spaces, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.


• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.


• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.


• Ensure all design projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.


• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas and technologies into design projects.


• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers within the team.


• Have a good understanding of materials for building and furniture design.


• Understand material specifications and creatively use materials to design and execute furniture for retail and office spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role.


• Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).


• Strong portfolio showcasing creative architectural designs, particularly in renovation projects.


• Expertise in furniture design and interior space planning for retail and office environments.


• Good understanding of materials for building and furniture design, including material specifications.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Excellent presentation and communication skills.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.


• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to think creatively.
