Job Description

• Senior Revenue Assurance Executive is responsible for the verification of the end-to-end operational process completeness, accuracy, and data integrity of the capture, recording, billing, and reporting of all revenue-producing activities or transactions from sales and marketing through collection, and account receivables.


• The job holder is responsible for identifying areas of improvementin company revenues and margins.


• Through analysis and creation of new audits and reports, the Senior Revenue Assurance Executive ensures accurate billing to customers and optimal costs from vendors.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the invoice generation process for customers in line with the contractual agreement.


• Ensures the Delivery/submission of all invoices monthly, Quarterly, annually etc. by email, courier, and physical hard copy delivery.


• Oversees the administration of revenue Assurance Module on the ERP 


• Liaison with sales and Key account Managers on new businesses, changes and to resolve outstanding queries.


• Tracking and reporting of Connectivity activities, such as activation of new link, upgrade and downgrade, suspension and terminated links.


• Liaising and Reconciliation of due invoices with Client and Internal customers (Sales, Project, service delivery and legal team).


• Responsible for Collection of all payment for all invoices submitted, reconcile receipt against invoice submitted and acknowledge receipt.


• Oversees Fiber to the home FTTH invoicing procedures and customer account reconciliation.


• Compute and submit credit notes to customers for refund on downtime experience in the periods.


• Monitoring debt balances to ensure reduction in debtors outstanding.


• Producing unit reports and updating records.


• Custodian of the credit policy for the institution


• Perform audit and control setting


• Identify loopholes and share risk aversion methods and cost savings


• Conduct follow-up audit on credit related matters


• Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability


• Prepare audit reports and recommendation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Masters Degree in Accounting / Finance or any other related courses. 


• Minimum 5 years experience in similar role


• Chartered status in Accounting (ACA OR ACCA)


• Experience in revenue assurance, billing process and ability to document such process. Experience in audit processes and procedures. Industry knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications. 


• Excellent time management, particularly the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in line with business objectives 


• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
