JOB SUMMARY

We are recruiting Business Analysts for FoodCo Nigeria Limited, a leading multichannel retail company in Nigeria. Interested applicants must understand business processes, and be skilled in data modelling techniques required to improve business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquire an excellent understanding of FoodCo’s business model, and all the company’s revenue generating activities.


• Use data modelling techniques to identify ways in which the company can be more efficient.


• Using research findings, work with business leaders to improve performance.


• Propose solutions to the organization’s leadership.


• Document findings, proposed changes, and the processes involved.


• Carry out a cost-benefit analysis of possible solutions to problems.


• Support the implementation of recommended changes

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in any discipline


• A relevant master degree is an added advantage


• Certification in Data Analytics


• Confidence working with complex data and systems


• 1-3 years post NYSC experience


• Understanding of the business environment (social, economic, and political factors)


• An understanding of how technology can be used to solve problems.


• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent documentation and presentation skills


• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
