Requirements

• Degree in structural or Civil Engineering


• 7+ years of experience, preferably in real estate development


• Professional certification

Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze building structures, including foundations, beams, columns, and roofs


• Develop and review structural drawings, specifications, and calculations


• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery


• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with designs


• Perform structural calculations and simulations using software like Autodesk, STAAD, or  ETABS


• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
