Role Purpose



  • As Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to accelerate revenue growth and expand our product portfolio.

  • You will be responsible for shaping our marketing initiatives, optimizing pricing strategies, overseeing distribution expansion, and managing the successful launch of new product categories.

  • Your expertise in shopper and trade marketing, along with customer development, will be crucial in achieving our goals.


Key Deliverables


Top Line Growth:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales, product development, and operations.


Promotion Price Mix Optimization:



  • Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.

  • Monitor and analyze pricing data to make data-driven decisions on promotions, discounts, and pricing adjustments.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure pricing strategies align with market demands and customer expectations.


Distribution Expansion:



  • Identify and prioritize target markets and channels for distribution expansion.

  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners to increase product availability.

  • Develop distribution strategies that ensure product visibility and availability in key markets.


New Category Launch:



  • Lead the successful launch of new product categories from concept to market introduction.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform product development and launch strategies.

  • Create and execute marketing plans, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional campaigns.


Shopper and Trade Marketing:



  • Develop and implement shopper marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and drive in-store sales.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create trade marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for retail partners.

  • Measure the effectiveness of shopper and trade marketing initiatives and make adjustments as needed.


Customer Development:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers.


Education & Experience Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, in the consumer goods industry.

  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, distribution channels, and product launches.

  • Experience with shopper and trade marketing.

  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
