The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) officer is expected to undertake the following duties:
Designing M&E Frameworks:
- Develop monitoring and evaluation policies, standards, and programs.
- Create frameworks and tools to track project progress and outcomes.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Regularly collect monitoring data related to project activities, outputs, and progress.
- Analyze data to assess whether the project is achieving its desired goals.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Provide regular activity reports to the Program Manager (PM) after each session.
- Accompany reports with field photos to illustrate project implementation.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure data quality by adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with field staff to collect accurate and timely data.
- Collaborate with project managers to address issues and adjust strategies as needed.
Adherence to Confidentiality:
- Handle confidential information responsibly, limiting access to immediate team members.
- Unauthorized dissemination of sensitive data is strictly prohibited.
