Job Description

• Direct and manage project development from start to finish.


• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with executive management and other relevant stakeholders.


• Ensure projects are well executed within agreed date of delivery and do not attract fault calls & within approved Budget.


• Develop full scale project plans and associated communications documents.


• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.


• Prepare Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for all jobs.


• Ensure that all fault calls on ongoing projects are accepted with customer empathy and attended to as a matter of urgency.


• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.


• Maintain vendor’s facilities maintenance schedule.


• Perform and supervise maintenance-related repairs.


• Ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and environment.


• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment.


• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.


• Review daily work orders and provide reports.


• Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on IT Infrastructure.


• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis and design.


• Knowledge/Certificationof Safety Standards and Regulations, such as NEBOSH, IOSH& OSHA is an added advantage.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
